ORDERING
Ordering may be done by phone or email and payment is accepted in $USD by Visa, MasterCard, check or money order. Method of shipping may be determined by the client and we will always attempt to charge only actual shipping and insurance costs - never a 'handling' fee. Insurance is required on all antique and collectible items. For any item delivered to a California address, 7.25% will be charged for California State Sales Tax.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Methods of shipping may be determined by client. If unspecified, the shipping will be handled by U.S. Postal Service - unless it is not possible because of size, weight or content, in which case the client will always be consulted prior to shipping by a different carrier.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is available for all antiques and collectibles except when prohibited by law due to material or type of item. If unspecified, the shipping will be handled by U.S. Postal Service - unless prohibited by size, weight or content, in which case the client will always be consulted prior to shipping. Actual purchase price will be used on all insurance and customs forms and the client is responsible for all tariff and/or duty charges.
 
The Fine Print
All items are guaranteed and a full refund will be made if an item is not as described. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt by the client and we must be advised prior to the item's return. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped.
We can not be responsible for an item once it has been turned over to any shipping agency - whichever carrier is chosen. Although it will be the responsibility of the client to file claims for loss or damage of an item, should that rare occasion arise, we will assist in any way possible.
